Who can ride? Individuals with disabilities at least 18 years old. Riders must be able to direct their care. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Service Area: St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties with limited travel to St. Louis County.

City of St. Charles - St. Charles Area Transit (SCAT Bus)
Who can ride? Anyone, you do NOT need to be a resident of St. Charles City
Service area: Fixed route inside City of St. Charles plus transportation to North Hanley MetroLink Station

- Local schedule runs 9:00am - 4:00 pm
- I-70 route runs 5am - 7pm

Additional Information
- Curb-to-Curb service provided for all riders.
- All buses are wheelchair-lift equipped.
- Anyone wishing to be picked up or dropped off of a fixed/deviation route must notify the City 24 hours in advance at (636) 949-3364.
City of St. Peters Transportation Program
St. Peters transportation is funded by City of St. Peters Community. City of St. Peters contracts with OATS.
St. Peters transportation will now be given six (6) 1-way rides or three (3) round trips. Once these rides have been used, the new rider simply calls to request an additional allocation of rides. Those previously enrolled into the program have been give their ride allocation based upon previous usage. Those going to dialysis have been allocated more rides than those who use the program 1 time per week.
To qualify, consumer must:
(1) Live in the Corporate City Limits of St. Peters; and
(2) Be either 62 years of age or older OR have a disability verified by a letter from a physician OR meet low-income standards.
